James D. Sinkoff, MBA, CPA is the Chief Executive Officer of Solutions 4 Community Health (S4CH). Jim has worked in all sectors of the healthcare industry, starting his career with Ernst & Young as an auditor and then as a senior management consultant to hospitals, physician practices, long-term care facilities, and home health agencies. In the late 1990s, he served as the director of managed care financing for Berkshire Health Systems. Subsequently, he became the Chief Financial Officer for Fidelis Care New York (now Centene). Jim is Vice-Chair of the Finance Committee of the National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC), a member of the Executive Committee and Finance Committee of the Healthcare Transformation Task Force (HCTTF) and he received certification in AI in Business Applications from MIT.
